Compact, versatile and extremely easy to handle, the new MB Crusher MB-HDS220 rotor sorting “padding” bucket has been designed to make work easier, reduce processing times and save on management costs. Presented at Bauma 2022, the new MB-HDS220 bucket is designed to offer maximum performance fitted to loaders and skid steer loaders from 4.5 to 11 tons of operating weight. The 2,200 mm wide inlet mouth facilitates loading operations by ensuring that the tracks or wheels of the operating machine remain clean and the geometry of the bucket allows the material to be conveyed onto the rotors. Maintenance is also simple thanks to the centralized greasing system.

The quick coupling system is designed to allow maximum freedom of kinematic movement of the operating machine. In fact, this system allows you to have excellent visibility both on the material to be worked and on the construction site. As for the other HDS models, the MB-HDS-220 also allows the replacement of the rotors in a simple way and directly on site by the operator himself. This makes it a versatile machine, with which it is possible to process different types of material easily and quickly.
