The U.Emme CONDOR SL side unloading mixing buckets were created to increase safety on construction sites, they are in fact designed with the unloading hole placed on the side, so that the operator at ground does not have to place himself under the bucket raised by the host machine to link the unloading hose and direct the outgoing cement flow. The design followed a first step in analyzing products with same characteristics already on the market, concretely verifying their strengths and weaknesses. From this analysis some critical issues emerged lets U.Emme to concentrate on solving 3 fundamental points for the development of a good product: the quality of the mixing, in other words the ability to properly mix the ingredients of the dough, the speed of unloading and the complete emptying of the bucket. This is how the 3 CONDOR SL models were born: starting from the perspective of increasing safety for men at ground, an extremely performing product was obtained, able to offer an even higher level of operation compared to other products in the market. CONDOR SL has the advantage of creating a uniform mixture even when fully loaded without unbalancing the cement to the right or left depending on the direction of the shaft rotation, the mixture is unloaded in a few seconds and the moldboard is emptied of all the dough, this unique peculiarity was made possible thanks to an innovative mixing system registered in the EU Designs and Models Register (No. 001888652-0004). The 3 CONDOR SL models are equipped with the reliable and powerful orbital motors of the US brand Char-Linn EATON®. The protection grid with bag-breaking saw is bolted as standard but can be requested with a manual opening system, feature complete by two gas cylinders allowing the grid to be kept raised, operating in complete safety thanks to a hydraulic switch included in the optional package that automatically blocks the shaft rotation as soon as the protection grid is released. The entire moldboard and the mixing halberds applied to the shaft are manufactured in HARDOX 450®, a not insignificant manufacturing note that earned the product the SSAB Hardox in my Body
certification.
